    By engaging with Fortydollardeal for any digital services, the client automatically agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

  2. No Refund Policy:
    Fortydollardeal does not offer refunds for any digital services provided. All sales are final.

  3. Contractual Agreements:
    In the presence of a separate contract between Fortydollardeal and the client, the terms and conditions specified in that contract shall supersede any conflicting terms mentioned in this document.

  4. Project Termination:
    Fortydollardeal reserves the right to terminate any project or client engagement without providing reasons. Termination does not entitle the client to any refunds or compensation.

  5. Client Obligations:
    Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and approvals necessary for project completion. Failure to do so may result in project delays, and Fortydollardeal is not liable for any such delays.

  6. Intellectual Property:
    All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, for any digital content or materials developed by Fortydollardeal remain the exclusive property of Fortydollardeal unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

  7. Limitation of Liability:
    Fortydollardeal shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its digital services.

  8. No Chargebacks:
    Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for any payments made to Fortydollardeal. Any attempt to do so may result in legal action.

  9. Modification of Terms:
    Fortydollardeal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review the terms regularly.

  10. Dispute Resolution:
    In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. Any legal action initiated by the client against Fortydollardeal is subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the location where Fortydollardeal is registered.

  11. Client Acknowledgment:
    Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy before engaging in any business with Fortydollardeal.

  12. Governing Law:
    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Fortydollardeal is registered.

By continuing to work with Fortydollardeal, the client implicitly agrees to all the terms outlined on this page. Fortydollardeal holds the right to enforce these terms and conditions in any legal proceedings.
